Lisa White, MBA
​CEO
Lisa has exceptional talent for introducing new technology to the scientific research market. She enjoyed thirty years of successful sales and business development, and consistently rose to the top in sales, at organizations such as Roche, GE Healthcare, and ProteinSimple/Biotechne. She also wrote the business plans and successfully raised seed capital for two technology startups. Lisa earned a B.S.in Microbiology from the University of Washington and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Foster School of Business in Seattle, WA.  Lisa competes her horse Cedric in local dressage shows, and may be found playing duplicate bridge or working on her novel.
    

Kelley Hill, MS ELS

Kelley is a scientist and professional communicator, with more than 30 years experience spanning the pharmaceutical industry and academia. She has served in leadership roles for global clinical regulatory submissions supporting review and approval of drugs for diseases with unmet medical needs with a focus on products in rare diseases. She is an innovator with expertise in process improvement and operational excellence, and her global teams’ performance has redefined benchmarks for collaborative achievement and efficiency. Kelley enjoys all types of travel and adventure and spends as much time as possible outside.
    
    

Thayer White, Ph.D.
​CTO
Thayer is a scientist who started at the bench and rose to executive corporate roles. Thayer most recently founded GoTherapeutics, Inc. where he successfully raised seed capital and hired the team to run it. He has twenty years of experience leading scientific research at Zymequest, Inc., Cell Therapeutics Inc. and The Biomembrane Institute in Seattle, WA. He holds a PhD in Pathobiology from the University of Washington, a BS in Microbiology and a BA in Zoology from the University of Washington. Thayer spends his spare time in the outdoors fishing, hiking, scuba diving and snorkeling, and has a knack for duplicate bridge and chess.
    
W. Adam Hill, D. Phil.

Adam is a technology guru. With a keen curiosity for integrating technologies to generate new opportunities Adam has a unique vision for innovative technology and how it might be used for scientific research. He has advised dozens of start-up companies in the Boston area as well as founding a hands-on venture capital group. At Novartis for 12 years, he led the screening group in Cambridge and was involved in the assessment and implementing of novel technologies within the organization. Prior experience includes research at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Schering Plough. Adam holds a DPhil from Oxford University, UK and a degree in Chemistry.  Adam enjoys world travel, photography and family walks with the dogs on the beaches near their home.
